How to book your PrEP consultation

Online teleconsultation in English — from anywhere in the world. Takes less than 5 minutes to book.

Create your account
Go to doktorprep.pl and click Zaloguj in the top right corner, then click Załóż konto (Create account).

Fill in your details:

Phone number (with country code)

First and last name
✓
Password
✓
Address (your country of residence)
★ Under "Document type" select Inny dokument (other document) and enter your passport or national ID number. A Polish PESEL number is not required.
Tick the terms checkbox and click Rejestruj konto.

Go to "Book a visit"
After logging in, click Umów e-wizytę from your account panel on the left side. You will see a 6-step booking form.

Choose visit format
In the first dropdown, select your preferred format:
E-wizyta zdalna Recommended
Video call — available from anywhere in the world
Gdańsk wizyta stacjonarna
In-person visit in Gdańsk, Poland only

Select visit type — important
In the second dropdown, choose:
Rozpoczynam PrEP (badania w cenie)
"Starting PrEP — lab tests included in price"
✓ Required lab tests included — no extra fee
Then select Andrzej Katafias from the doctor dropdown and click Dalej (Next).

Pick a date and time
Choose an available slot from the calendar and click Dalej.
⏰ All times shown are Warsaw time (CET/CEST). Please adjust to your local time zone.

Fill in details and pay
Complete your health details in the form, then pay online using a card or bank transfer.

You will receive a confirmation email with the video call link. The consultation is conducted in English.

Before the consultation, please have ready:

Valid passport or national ID
List of current medications (if any)
Recent STI test results (if available)
Information about any chronic conditions
These are not required — the doctor will arrange any necessary tests. Having them speeds up the consultation.
